Say hello to my favorite summer drink! I’m kicking off my first drink recipe in a LONG time. It just didn’t feel right sharing an alcoholic beverage recipe while pregnant. But I’m excited to kick off the summer with this fun and refreshing Rose Spritzer. Rosé is my favorite adult beverage for the summer because it is light and always feels fancy. I wanted to try a new take on my favorite drink, so I decided to try adding some of my favorite bright flavors. Grapefruit really brings out the fruitiness of the Rosé, and the mint brings a cool finish to the drink. Of course, we all love bubbles, so instead of opting for a bubbly Rosé, I decided to add some Grapefruit La Croix.
Ingredients for your Rose Spritzer
-3 oz of your favorite Rosé
-1 can of your favorite sparkling water – I used La Croix
Muddle one grapefruit wedge and a few sprigs of mint in the bottom of a wine glass. Pour rosé over the muddle and add ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with lemon wedge and mint.
