This Adidas dress is probably one of my favorite athleisure looks I’ve ever worn! When it comes to athleisure, I love feeling sporty and chic. But feeling comfortable is the best part of this trend! However, it is easy to feel too masculine in athleisure, so I think this Adidas dress is the perfect way to add a touch of femininity. I’m sure you have figured this out, but this dress isn’t maternity, so go up a size if you have a baby bump! And if you want a looser fit, size up two sizes. Personally, I loved the body-con style of this Adidas dress because I wanted to show off my bump! This was the day before I went into labor, so I’m glad I did.
Now that I no longer have my baby bump, this dress is the perfect piece to wear around the house or when I take Lincoln on a walk in his stroller. We love going on a walk every evening to get some fresh air and to get out of the house! I am so lucky because my husband also has six weeks of paternity leave, so we all love to take a stroll every night. And, because I can’t exercise yet, this makes me feel like I am doing a little something!
Of course, this dress is a bit looser on me now, but I love the fit being more casual. This dress is super stretchy, which is a major plus for my post-baby body! I need any forgiving fabric that I can find. I also love pairing this dress with my favorite crossbody bag (still on sale!) and my trusty sneakers. Maybe it’s because comfort is key these days, but I can’t get enough sneakers! I just got this pair (also on sale) because I’ve been wanting them since last year. And I’m so glad I finally pulled the trigger. They are such a classic shoe that I can wear for a long time!
