Celebrating the holidays is never complete without a fun drink! Because I am pregnant, I am always looking for a way to make my beverages baby-friendly (aka non-alcoholic). Pomegranates are officially in season and are my favorite holiday fruits, so I decided to make it the highlight of this fizzy dessert drink. You can use sparkling water or champagne, depending on your tastes, and let me tell you – this drink is DELICIOUS and pretty!!

- Raspberry sherbert
- Pomegranate juice
- Pomegranate seeds (learn how to de-seed a pomegranate here – it’s not hard!)
- Sparkling water (I used berry flavored) OR Champagne
Place a few scoops of raspberry sherbert in glass. Pour sparking water or champagne to cover 3/4 of sherbert. Top off with pomegranate juice. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and enjoy!
