January means resolutions, which usually involve getting fit and going to the gym. Growing up, I was a dancer – I took any and every sort of dance, and loved it for 14 years. Once I got to college, my workout routine drastically changed. I went from taking dance classes everyday after school for hours to basically nothing. Since then, finding the perfect workout has been a struggle.
Fortunately, I started using ClassPass this month, and it allows me to choose from tons of classes at different gyms and studios. I pick classes that fit my schedule and interests, and I am held accountable for attending. So far, I’ve taken a barre class and a hot yoga class, and I have an aerial class booked for this weekend! I’m hooked.
